Great value for money with clean rooms and friendly staff. The hotel's location near the railway station made it convenient to explore nearby cities like Jerez, Cadiz, and Seville. The inner courtyard was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a drink.
Hotel breakfast could be improved by addressing the rude and bad-tempered waitress.

I didn't use the canteen services. I practically only used it for two nights' sleep. It's located a short walk from the center in an old winery in a really quiet area with quite soundproof rooms except for the front door. Good facilities and well cared for. Parking in the basement for 10 euros.
The 2.50 mts. bed as requested but the pillows were very thin and when I asked the next day to change them for thicker ones what they did was to put one more like the previous ones. They didn't have any pillows or cushions. I didn't feel well taken care of because of this. The bath was higher than normal, which was very difficult for people of a certain age or with mobility problems. The bathroom lacked a vertical safety handle. Items were limited to a small bottle of gel per person and a shower cap. I still miss shower trays in hotels instead of baths which are more uncomfortable, dangerous and less used than showers. Poor light almost ambient and with a three-arm lamp of which two were low energy (yellow light) and another led (white light). Finally, a series of negative details that a hotel of that category should not have. Nevertheless I think it has a good quality/price ratio as I hired it and I would come back again if necessary.

situation near the train station to go to Cadiz was excellent. Free parking in nearby streets. To visit the faggot's shore and center of the port, it's a short walk. Due to the construction works in the city it was necessary to make a detour, it is only temporary. Good attention in reception and very friendly. Clean and big room that they assigned us. No noise. Full, spacious and clean bathroom. We would repeat hotel.
Being in an area of old wineries, there was a smell of vinegar in the air, to which in the end you got used to. The street of the hotel had a lack of light because of some public street lights that had melted down. Although we didn't have breakfast at the hotel, we looked at the breakfast buffet and it seemed expensive to have just coffee and toast. You walked a little bit to the center and there were catheters with very nice terraces and a very reasonable price.

The customer service was great, they have on-site parking, and a good selection of breakfast options; the location near the Monastery of the Victory was wonderful.

My husband and I recently stayed at a hotel in El Puerto de Santa Maria and had a fantastic experience. One thing that stood out to us was the comfortable and spacious room we were given. It had all the amenities we needed and was impeccably clean. The bed was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, making it easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. We also appreciated the reasonable rates that were offered during our stay. we had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

It was convenient for restaurants and had car parking.
Asked for early morning call but did not get one - nor an apology. Could hear people in next room quite distinctly. The hotel was expensive for the facilities but we did stay when the Motogp was on in nearby Jerez.

Convenient location near the town centre for shops and restaurants. Rooms and public areas were clean and well presented.
Although the hotel had it's own parking which you had to pay for, there wasn't any other parking close to the hotel that you could use.

We had a pleasant stay at Alegria. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and offers free parking options. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, providing great service. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. We also enjoyed the aesthetic appeal of the hotel. Breakfast on the patio was a delightful experience, with freshly squeezed orange juice.
Nothing, it was perfect! 👌
